Our packages start at $297 for Starter (1-page site), $497 for Standard (up to 5 pages), and $797 for Premium (unlimited pages with custom design and advanced SEO).

All prices are one-time — no ongoing monthly fees required. If you want us to host and maintain your site, our optional maintenance plan is $97/month and includes hosting, unlimited edits, and priority support.

We also offer automated customer service + online booking for $147/month, which includes 24/7 appointment scheduling and lead capture.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are a few external costs that are standard for any website:

  • Domain name: ~$15–$20/year (we can register one for you or use your existing domain)
  • Hosting: Included in the $97/mo maintenance plan; otherwise ~$100–$200/year if you host independently

We walk you through all of this before you pay anything. No surprises.

It's optional. You can pay the one-time site fee and host the site yourself — we'll provide full instructions and hand over all your files.

⚡ Timeline & Process

Most Starter and Standard sites go live within 48 hours of receiving your content and approval. Premium sites take up to 72 hours.

The clock starts once you've provided your business info, logo, and any photos. The bottleneck is usually waiting on content from clients — the actual build takes us just a few hours.

Compare that to traditional agencies, which typically take 4–12 weeks for a similar project.

Our process is simple and designed for busy business owners:

  • Step 1 — Free consultation: 15-minute call to understand your business and goals. We'll recommend the right package.
  • Step 2 — Kickoff form: You fill out a short form with your business details, services, and any content you want on the site.
  • Step 3 — We build: We design and build your site. You don't need to do anything during this phase.
  • Step 4 — Review: We send you a preview link. You review it and send any feedback.
  • Step 5 — Launch: We make revisions and launch to your domain. Done.

The more you provide, the better — but we don't need much to get started:

  • Required: Business name, services you offer, contact info, service area
  • Helpful: Logo (we can create a simple one if you don't have it), photos of your work or business, any text/copy you want included
  • Optional: Competitor websites you like, brand colors, specific pages you want

We're happy to write copy, source free stock photos, and make design decisions for you if needed. We just need enough to understand your business.

✏️ Revisions & Changes

Starter and Standard packages include 1 round of revisions. Premium includes 3 rounds.

A "round" means you review the site, collect all your feedback into one list, and we implement everything. We ask that you consolidate feedback rather than sending changes piecemeal, so we can complete revisions quickly.

Clients on the $97/month maintenance plan get unlimited edits as part of their subscription — no revision limits, no hourly charges.

If you're on the maintenance plan: just email or text us and we'll make the change, usually within 24 hours.

If you're not on the maintenance plan: we charge a flat $75/hour for changes, billed in 30-minute increments. Simple text/image swaps usually take 30 minutes or less.

Most clients who plan to update their site seasonally or regularly find the $97/month plan saves money quickly.

Yes — 100% of sites we build are mobile-first. Every site is tested on iPhone, Android, and tablet screen sizes before launch. We don't just make sites that technically work on mobile — we design them for mobile from the start.

Every site we build includes local SEO basics as standard:

  • Optimized title tags and meta descriptions for your city and service
  • Proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3)

  • Google Maps embed for location signals
  • Mobile-friendly design (required for Google ranking)
  • Clean URL structure

Most clients see their site indexed and appearing in Google within 2–4 weeks. For competitive keywords, ranking takes longer — but we give you the foundation to get there.

Hosting is included in the $97/month maintenance plan.

If you don't add maintenance, we'll provide clear instructions for setting up your own hosting. We recommend reliable options in the $10–$20/month range, and we'll configure it for you. You can also host on your existing provider — we'll transfer the files.

One important note: we make sure you always own your domain and your files. You're never locked in to us.

You do — completely. Once paid in full, you own the website files, the domain (if registered through us, we transfer it to you), and all content. We'll never hold your site hostage.

If you cancel the maintenance plan, we send you all your files and you can host the site anywhere you choose. No lock-in, no strings attached.
